Jordan Beroukhim
Founder & President
Jordan has over a decade of experience working in both the public and private sector fields, including 7 years working for the City of Los Angeles Council District 10. As Planning Director of the 10th Council District, Jordan conducted property zoning and land use feasibility analyses as well as represented the Council Office in any and all public review actions and at public hearings. Jordan helped coordinate the efforts of project applicants, city agencies and neighborhood constituents to ensure project support and appropriate development.
Jordan has worked on numerous cases, including Zone Changes, General Plan Amendments, Zone Variances, Conditional Use Permits, Tract Maps, Parcel Maps, Density Bonuses and Transit Oriented Community developments. Over the course of his professional career, he helped entitle over 25,000 residential units, roughly 5,000 of which were reserved for affordable individuals and households. Jordan has been instrumental in the entitlement of nearly 2.5 million square feet of Commercial, Retail, Medical, School and Institutional uses and has helped approve nearly 1,000 keys in guest room hotel units.
Having private sector experience, Jordan brings much comprehension in the fields of Construction Management, Project Management and Property Management. Jordan has extensive experience in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and has directly overseen real-estate acquisitions, plan check processes and construction monitoring to ensure that target schedules are met.
Jordan’s experience as Planning Director in addition to his private sector knowledge brings the optimal combination of proficiency when guiding through the many various city processes.
Elan Donal
Project Manager
Elan oversees and manages the company's various entitlement, plan check, and building permit clearance applications. Fueled by his passion and curiosity for the real estate industry, Elan is dedicated to aiding projects in achieving their full developmental goals.
Elan has recently obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Berkeley, where he was a member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Club. He looks to continue his education by focusing on law and contains aspirations to practice Real Estate and Business Law. Combining these areas of concentration, Elan looks to continue helping clients and their respective projects in order to create impactful real estate projects.
In his free time, Elan enjoys playing basketball and traveling to new cities with his family and friends.
Michael Tonetti
Senior Project &
Communications Manager
Michael manages the company's various entitlement, plan check, and building permit clearance applications to advance project construction across Los Angeles County, in addition to managing the firm's communication efforts. Driven by his vision of sustainable cities, Michael's extensive experience in city and state government as well as his top-level attention to detail and communication allow him to consistently deliver quality results for our clients.
Michael received his Bachelor's degree from Occidental College, and a Master's degree in environmental policy focusing on sustainable land use and energy systems at the Geneva Graduate Institute.
When he's not working, Michael enjoys running, riding his bike, and studying languages.
Nima Enayati
Project Manager
Nima oversees the company’s various entitlement, plan check, and building permit clearance applications. Motivated by his passion for urban planning and climate resilience in the face of Los Angeles’ evolving development patterns, Nima is committed to assisting clients with all of their goals throughout the development and permitting process.
Nima is a recent graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science. While looking to pursue higher education in Urban Planning, Nima will utilize his experience in government, local policy, and housing law to serve the firm and its clients with the best results.
In his free time, Nima enjoys hiking, traveling, and playing video games.
